My consult fee is $150.00. That's for a walk through, where we discuss everything. Then I put together a detailed reports for you to have, explaining everything we discussed. And of course anything you don't want to do yourself, I would be happy to do for you. But it's always helpful to have a fresh pair of eyes check out the possibilitites of your home.
