Hi Everyone, I just signed up for the New Career Meetup, and I wanted to let you all know about a social networking Meetup I host in Brooklyn once a month,?BKLN 2.0 . I figure if you signed up for the New Career Meetup, you probably would like to meet others working in the 2.0 space.

Why not have a Web oriented Meetup in Brooklyn?

So I decided to start Brooklyn 2.0, a Meetup with a 'big tent' approach to Web 2.0 for all of us who take the train to the city to attend Meetups. Anyone with an interest in or occupation related to Web 2.0 is invited. The focus, initially, is more on informal socializing/networki ng than formal presentations.

Come hang out with BKLN bloggers, designers, programmers, video bloggers, users, social media experts, entrepreneurs.

Its very informal, the only thing I ask is that you wear a name tag (provided at the meetup) as I, despite intense efforts, still forget people's names 5 seconds after I've met them.?
